We work with owner-managed companies across England to find the specific levers that increase margin, cut waste, and free up your time. Most engagements start with a two-week diagnostic and deliver a concrete action plan you can implement with or without us.
Every engagement starts with your P&L, your calendar, and an honest conversation about what is not working. Here are the four areas where we spend most of our time.
Revenue growth strategy
We map your customer acquisition funnel from first touch to repeat purchase, identify the three or four biggest drop-off points, and build a 90-day plan to close them. Typical clients see a 12–18% revenue lift within six months. The work includes pricing analysis, channel mix review, and sales process redesign where needed.
Operational efficiency
We spend time on your shop floor, in your warehouse, or inside your project management tools. Over two weeks we document every handoff, queue, and rework loop, then present a ranked list of fixes sorted by effort and payoff. Our average client reclaims the equivalent of 1.4 full-time roles without hiring anyone.
Financial restructuring
Cash-flow crunches do not fix themselves. We renegotiate supplier terms, restructure debt schedules, and redesign your invoicing cycle so that working capital actually works. One logistics client moved from 62-day debtor days to 34 in four months, unlocking £380k of trapped cash.
Data-driven decision making
Most small and mid-sized businesses already collect the data they need; they just cannot see it clearly. We build simple dashboards (usually in tools you already pay for) that surface weekly KPIs for sales, fulfilment, and cash. No six-month IT project required. Most dashboards are live within ten working days.
Who we are
BizWise Wizards started in 2017 when two former operations directors got tired of watching good companies bleed profit through problems that were fixable in weeks, not years. Since then we have completed over 140 engagements across manufacturing, professional services, logistics, and e-commerce.
Our team today numbers eight consultants, each with at least ten years of line-management experience before joining us. That matters because we do not just write reports. We sit with your team, run the workshops, and often help implement the changes ourselves.
We are based at 49 Raynor Chase, Ritchie-MacGyverington, MK4 6WG, England, United Kingdom, but roughly half our work happens on client sites across the Midlands and South East. Remote engagements are available for the diagnostic and planning phases.
Fees are transparent: a fixed price per phase, agreed before work begins. No retainer lock-ins, no surprise invoices. If we cannot identify at least £50k of recoverable value in the diagnostic, we refund the diagnostic fee.
